How the OCA Glass Separation Process Works

- Cryogenic Nitrogen Separation (-180°C): The screen is chilled in a specialized cryo-freezer, causing the adhesive to freeze and release cleanly without putting mechanical stress on the curved AMOLED foil.
- Diamond Wire Slicing: A tungsten alloy wire thinner than human hair (0.028mm) separates any remaining adhesive fragments.
- Optical Liquid Adhesive (OCA) Cleanroom Bonding: A fresh OEM-grade curved glass panel is aligned in an anti-static cleanroom and laminated using an industrial optical vacuum chamber.
- De-Bubbling Autoclave: The screen cures under 6 bars of atmospheric pressure, ensuring zero air bubbles, perfect touch sensitivity, and original color vibrancy.
